Labels Designs

Here are the label designs for the poster tubes. Each tube is spray painted to the relevant colour of that number poster.

Having the black background with the coloured writing, opposite to the title on the front side of each poster

The same as the title on each relevant poster.

I felt that using the colours would look odd, due to the sprain paints I purchased were different tones to the colours I have used.

Therefor I tried using black on white and white on black .

I feel the white on black labels are the strongest, therefor I am using them as my labels for the poster tubes.

Final Front and back designs for Context Posters

Here are the designs for the 5 front and backs of the posters.

They were meant to be printed large scale, but due to the printers only printing up to A2 double sided, I had to scale them down for my final product.

Context Poster Ideas- Beyond the Billboard

The idea for my book is too have a series of posters to portray the different ways people can advertise rather than  just using a billboard.

The posters will be large scale, but billboard format, to help portray this message. Each section will be colour coded, and placed in a poster tube that will be relevant to the colour of the poster

These are ideas for the front side of the poster, using images I have researched for each relevant section.

The first idea was to have each image seperaetly, but I felt it looks to boxed together

I then tried to feather the images together, making them seem like one image, but I still felt that they were not quite working.

I then tried pixilating the images, making them slightly distorted. I feel this worked well, adding that bit more obscurity to it worked.

An example of the layout of the back side of my context posters.

How to make battery Packaging more exciting.

Instead of havign the standard packaging, there is many ways to package a battery, In a single tube, in a collection of tubes, as well as having recogniable characters to represent the battery brand, like Disney, which enticses the children to want them, ask their parents, and there for they purchase that particular battery brand, using children to advertise to the parents.
